DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. We ship Worldwide.
For EU destinations: the stated product price includes shipping and all applicable duties and taxes.
For the rest of the World, product price will be calculated by our system, at CHECKOUT, exclusive of taxes and customs duties. VAT will not be invoiced for goods shipped outside of the EU.
Import duties and/or taxes will be invoiced directly by our delivery carrier or an import broker appointed by the customer.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES KATHALINEPAGEGUTH.COM ACCEPT AND IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE?

Payments by credit card and PayPal
Kathaline Page-Guth accepts all major credit cards through PayPal. Credit card payment is recommended as it is the easiest and most convenient method, and it also reduces the time required for processing your order.
The transaction takes place online via PayPal’s secure payment systems and no information relating to your credit card is transferred to Kathaline Page-Guth. Your order information is encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) system on the server to ensure security of data transmission in accordance with the regulations and laws in force.

Payment by bank transfer
Payments can be made by bank transfer using the bank account details that will be provided to the client in the order confirmation e-mail. The order will not be processed until the payment is received, assessed and collected through our banking system in full.

IS MY PACKAGE INSURED AND DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?

All your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Kathaline Page-Guth to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at the specified address, the goods are no longer covered by the policy.
Kathaline Page-Guth require proof of delivery for all orders and we are unable to authorise delivery of packages without a signature.

WHAT DO I DO IF THE PACKAGE IS DAMAGED?

We always endeavour to deliver your items in appropriate packaging, but we also appreciate that sometimes things can go wrong.
Please check your goods carefully before signing for your delivery.
In the event of damaged goods, please advise us via e-mail within 7 days of receipt, explaining the condition of the goods and, where possible, attaching a photo of the packaging/damage incurred. A member of staff will evaluate your query and contact you as soon as possible.

HOW MUCH DUTIES AND TAXES WILL I HAVE TO PAY?

Orders delivered within the EU will be inclusive of Italian VAT (sales tax),which is already calculated in the retail price stated on the website.
For orders delivered in the rest of the World, product price will be calculated at checkout, exclusive of taxes and customs duties. Import duties and/or taxes will be invoiced directly by our delivery carrier or an import broker appointed by the customer. So, once your order arrives at destination, you will be required to pay all the applicable import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country where the goods are delivered before your item(s) can be released from customs.

I HAVEN'T PURCHASED JEWELLERY ONLINE BEFORE; WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM UNHAPPY WITH MY DECISION?

At Kathaline Page-Guth we take every care to ensure that our jewellery is accurately represented in the photographs, product descriptions and measurements on our website. However, should you wish to return or exchange the item(s), you have 10 days from the date of receipt to change your mind and we will happily refund your payment.
We apologize, but all Special Orders cannot be returned under any circumstances, however size alternation may be granted if required.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Whilst we hope that you will love your Kathaline Page-Guth jewellery, we are able to return or exchange items 10 (ten) days from the date of receipt, as long as they are unworn, undamaged and are returned in a good, resalable condition, in the original packaging. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us that you wish to return the purchased products by writing to customerservice@kathalinepageguth.com. You do not have to give us any reason for exercising your cancellation right. On receipt of your e-mail, we will issue and send you a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) by e-mail. Within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the RAN number, you must return the unwanted products and we will refund you for the value of the items only. If your order has been sent to destination outside the EU, sales taxes and import duties will not be refunded by Kathaline Page-Guth. However, you may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs authorities directly.
We apologize, but all Special Orders cannot be returned under any circumstances, however size alternation may be granted if required.

HOW DO YOU SOURCE YOUR STONES?

We are committed to using the world’s most beautiful and ethically-sourced precious or semi-precious stones, and only use stones from established suppliers that comply with the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (KPCS) guidelines. The Kimberley Process (KP) is a joint governments, industry and civil society initiative to stem the flow of conflict diamonds – rough diamonds used by rebel movements to finance wars against legitimate governments.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR A SPECIAL ORDER?

As special orders are usually unique, one-off pieces, delivery times may vary. Depending on the item, it may take between 4 to 8 weeks for us to source the diamonds and/or stones and to hand make the jewellery for you. All items requested for special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

WHAT IF MY JEWELLERY ARRIVES BUT IT DOESN’T FIT?

At Kathaline Page-Guth we are happy to adjust certain pieces of jewellery after purchase. Please contact us by phone on +39 335-5355-110, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm GMT or contact customerservice@kathalinepageguth.com with your request and we will do all we can to help you.

HOW DO I MEASURE MY RING SIZE?

Whether you want to know the size of your ring finger or an existing ring, we have made things as simple as possible. Here are two fail-safe ways to find your correct ring size in the comfort of your home.

1. The size of your fingers can change during the day, so it is a good idea to measure at the end of the day when your fingers are at their largest. Do not measure when your hands are cold as your fingers will be at least half a size smaller.

2. Rings with a very thick band will feel tighter than those with a thin band; in this case, we recommend you buy a ring that is the next size up from your usual ring size.

3. If you’re buying the ring as a gift, the best way –but not always the easiest way –is to borrow his or her ring (from the correct finger) and use the ring sizing guide in the downloadable PDF to determine the right size.

4. Your ring should fit your finger comfortably. Obviously, it should be snug enough so that it will not slip off, but loose enough to slide over your knuckle.
